Cleaning Rates and Information

    Arrival Clean:

    The arrival clean is carried out when the Owner or Guest is due to arrive within 24hours.

    It includes the following:

• Open and air the property

• Make up beds with fresh linen and replace towels

• Clean bathrooms, check toilet paper and waste bins liners are replenished

• Dust throughout

• Clean all kitchen work surfaces

• Clean kitchen equipment including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, appliances and wall tiles

• Sweep and wash floors

• Sweep and wash terraces

• Vacuum carpets & rugs

• Wipe down and arrange terrace furniture

• Wipe & clean any marks from patio doors and accessible windows.

• Put out terrace furniture

• Switch on hot water, fridge/freezer (if applicable)

    Note:  Full window clean & glass curtain clean is not included and on request will be done

            at an additional cost. Large terraces carry and additional cost.

    1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Apartment:      35 Euros   

    2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Apartment:      45 Euros

    3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Apartment:      50 Euros

    3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Apartment:      55 Euros

    4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Apartment:      70 Euros

    2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Town House:    60 Euros

    3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Town House:    75 Euros

    4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Town House:    80 Euros

    Departure Clean:   

    The departure clean is carried out after the Owner or Guest leaves the property and is vacant for

    5 days or more. It includes the following:

• Open and air the property

• Remove and launder dirty linen and towels

• Remove all rubbish and perishable foods

• Wash dirty kitchen utensils and put away

• Empty dishwasher

• Clean bathrooms

• Sweep floors

• Switch off appliances

• Put away terrace furniture

    Price: 25 Euros (inclusive of IVA)

    Mid-stay & Laundry Changes:  

     Should you require additional cleaning or laundry changes to be undertaken during your stay, let us know. 

    Laundry: 

     All laundry items are priced individually.  We will leave you with an itemized bill to let you know what

    we have taken away to be laundered and what the costs are. Allow 10 Euros per person as a guideline.

    Extras: 

     If you require any service not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us and we

    will endeavour to meet your needs.

    Note: 

     Extra bathrooms, split level apartments may carry an additional cost.
