Property Management

    Annual Fee: 

     We will act as your official key holder.  The cost covers our admin fee which includes

    email and telephone charges. 

    Fee: 100 Euros (inclusive of IVA)

    Watering Plants, Checking Mail:   

    We would be happy to visit your property as when you wish to water plants, air the property

    flush toilets and check your post.

    Price: 10 Euros per visit (Inclusive of IVA)

    Call out Service:   

    We offer a call out service for any circumstances ranging from liaising with tradesmen requiring

    access to your property.

    Price: 15 Euros per visit (Inclusive of IVA)
